PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE:
If there is a nationally advertised price that is currently available on the
same item you want from our website, we will match their total price. Note that we will gladly match prices on our competitors' close-outs
and sale items as long as the products are the same model year and are still available, and they are still honoring the prices.
Simply give us the Price Match information in the Notes section when you are checking out. Please include the item, the price
and where you saw the price, including URL if it is a Web site, or the edition of Magazines or Catalogs.
Each price is subject to verification. Price Matching will delay processing and shipment of your order. Please note that
you cannot use a web coupon on a price matched product. We will give you whichever is lower, the price match or the price
after the web coupon.
RETURNS:
Our items come with a no-questions asked, money back guarantee! Return the item within
30 days of ordering, in original condition, for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price. For refunds, there is a 8% restocking fee ($8 minimum), while a 12% restocking fee applies to oversize or international orders. This is to cover the
original shipping charges paid.
SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS.
All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and documentation. Please include a note stating
purchaser's name, address and approximate date of purchase. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, except
for when the incorrect goods were sent, in which case they will be reimbursed for ground shipping charges.
If you receive incorrect goods, we will replace them at our cost, including reimbursing your ground shipping charges.
WARRANTIES:
We do not handle warranty claims. If you have a problem with a product, please contact the manufacturer.
We will be happy to assist you, but it is up to the manufacturer to determine eligibility and make good on all warranty claims.
AVAILABILITY:
All products are subject to availability and prior sale. All prices appearing our web
site are subject to change without prior notice. We are not responsible for printing errors or other errors appearing in our
web site. All orders are subject to acceptance by Gotta Ride Bikes. Clearance items have limited availability, and not all
sizes\colors may be available.

PAYMENT:Our prices are listed in U.S. currency. You may use MasterCard, Visa, Discover
Card or mail us a money order drawn on U.S. funds. Please note that we cannot ship until payment has been cleared. Further,
when paying by money order, it may be possible for items to be out of stock by the time the money order arrives. If this occurs,
we will ship as soon as they come back into stock.
